The Ephraimic Heart
Is not only a message from Psalms 78 in God’s word; but, using the word name Ephraim, which is a son of Joseph and a tribe in Israel, and also describes the unfortunate choice and position of the northern kingdom of Israel, who gave themselves over to idolatry. Leaving the Davidic covenant of Jehovah blessing, they never recovered; thus, their heart is described as being cowardly and crooked.
We have all heard of those notorious words of Jesus on the cross at Calvary: It Is Finished!
But, what is finished? I’m sure you could make your own list of the things you would considered to be finished and acquired or accounted for, when Jesus died, and was confirmed of course, and consummated by his glorious resurrection. These are some of the obvious ones the Lord gave me, and are included in this message.
Is a simple, yet powerful message from God’s word. If God Gave, that means that; God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost all gave, and therefore are all of them, each of the three persons, as one perfect Godhead trinity, involved in every area of our life.
